Ministry Overview

Metanoia Community Church Olivehurst is a Calvary Chapel fellowship serving Olivehurst and the greater Yuba-Sutter area through verse-by-verse Bible teaching, discipleship, worship, prayer, and community outreach. Our heart is to help people encounter Jesus Christ, grow in God’s Word, and become faithful disciples who live out their faith in everyday life.

Our ministry focuses heavily on relational outreach, youth ministry, family ministry, and serving the local community with the love and truth of Christ. We are a growing church plant with a strong emphasis on practical ministry experience, servant leadership, evangelism, and discipleship training.

We desire to provide interns with hands-on ministry opportunities in areas such as teaching preparation, youth ministry, worship, media/production, outreach, pastoral care, event coordination, evangelism, and church operations. Interns would serve alongside leadership in both ministry and community engagement while growing spiritually, personally, and practically in ministry experience.

We are committed to creating an environment where students can develop ministry skills, deepen their walk with the Lord, and gain real-world experience serving in a local church context.

Internship Details

Interns at Metanoia Community Church Olivehurst will receive hands-on ministry experience within a growing Calvary Chapel church plant environment. Internship opportunities may include youth ministry, children’s ministry, worship ministry, media and livestream production, outreach and evangelism, digital evangelism, discipleship, event coordination, pastoral support, and church administration.
