CC MontebellunaSERVE THE LOCAL CHURCH IN ITALY
The ministry internship program hosted on the campus of Calvary Chapel Montebelluna is designed to give young men and women an immersive experience of what it means to serve the Lord in the local church in Italy. Our goal is to train and equip the next generation of believers for the work of the ministry in Italy.
This three-month program is designed to function within the life of the local body of believers, and as such is determined by the weekly rhythms of our local congregation. The weekly schedule includes a variety of discipleship, practical service, and church involvement opportunities. Participants can expect to spend around 40 hours a week doing these various organized ministry activities.
Since we are located in Italy, our church functions entirely in Italian. We believe that this is the only long-term way to effectively minister here. Because of this, participants will get firsthand experience of many of the dynamics of cross-cultural missions. While the internship is open to both English and Italian speakers, the goal for any non-Italian speaker is to acquire the language through regular language lessons and hands-on experience.
