For those called into ministry: Calvary Chapel Great Falls exists to provide college-age graduates with an environment to refine, deepen, and step boldly into the specific calling God has already placed on their lives. Designed for graduates who have a confirmed heart for leadership—whether in pastoral ministry, worship, youth, or children's ministry—this one-year commitment will leave you fully equipped, grounded, and ready for the next step in the Lord's work.

Ministry is dynamic, hands-on, and never dull. Our program goes beyond classroom instruction to offer practical, real-world experience across every area of church life. Participants will develop a well-rounded understanding of day-to-day operations, spiritual leadership, and practical service.

To give participants a true "real-life" perspective on balancing work, life, and ministry, interns are asked to hold a part-time job during the program. To support you on this journey, the church provides significant financial compensation—because "the worker is worthy of his wages."
